Cancellations or Changes to an Existing Reservation
Cancellations must be received within 24 hours of a scheduled visit in order to be credited for the daily visit.
Any changes or requests for additional mid-day visits with less than 24 hour notice will incur a $5.00 surcharge and must be received by 9am the same day of the visit.
All requests to cancel or change a mid-day visit must be emailed to email@example.com. If you do not receive written confirmation the request has been received, please call 434-420-3062 to confirm.
Wags and Walks will follow the Federal Government closing policy during times of inclement weather. If mid-day visits are cancelled by Wags and Walks due to unsafe weather conditions, a visit credit will be issued for the missed time.
In Case of an Emergency
It is very important to us that your pet is safe at all times while in our care. At Wags and Walks, all pet caretakers are required to be certified in Pet First Aid and Pet CPR in case of an accident. We also have pet first aid kits on hand during all visits, along with emergency contact and local veterinarian’s contact information.
